Gratitude: To become a valued member in the industry of sports media, it’s important to continue to remember how lucky Iam to be in this position. The ability to do what I’ve loved since a kid will continue to remind me to bask in the glories of what I do and to never take things for granted.

Loyalty: Loyalty is one of the major components when it comes to building relationships throughout any industry I may work in. I will always be loyal to myself and to the ones who look upon the work I create, and make sure to always follow into what is the right thing to do.

Respect: Respect is earned, not given. I pride myself on working my tail off to prove to those I have what it takes. I will work every day to the best of my abilities to build respect throughout the industry, while producing the highest quality of work.

Honesty: To prove my worth and abilities, it all starts with being transparent and honest. In all the decisions that are made regarding myself and others, I will always be honest on making sure I do the right thing.

Accuracy: It doesn’t matter if you are the fastest or the slowest, the one that matters most is the one who is most accurate. I pride myself on providing the most accurate news based on following up and gaining multiple sources before reporting on what has happened.

Team player: For myself to succeed in sports media, I want to help others around me. Being a team player is valuable in this industry as it helps create connections with one another. I vow to be a team player and help any of my colleagues to succeed as a team.
